Help us define your needs by telling us: 

1. Into what variant language is the translation to be made? (e.g. European Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, etc.)
2. What is the purpose of the translation? (e.g. for information, for publication, use in court, training...)
3. What is the target readership of the translation? (e.g. general public, specialists...)
4. What is the intended quality level for the translation? (e.g. draft, revision)
5. Can any reference/background material be provided? (e.g. glossaries, reports, specifications, specialist terminology)
6. Whom can we contact for queries? Send us the person's name, e-mail, telephone.
7. Are there any special requirements as to the layout of the translation? (e.g. facsimile of the original)
8. Are tables and graphical elements to be added to the text, figures, equations, flow charts?
9. When is the translation to be delivered?
10. Does the translation need certification?
